This project involved the renovation of 2,600 sq ft of the Accora Village office space in the existing building along with an additional 1900 sq ft space in an existing addition previously occupied by a meeting room and wood shop. Interior design of this space was done by Clear Interior Design.

Key program elements included a new main entrance and waiting area, open office space, enclosed offices, meeting spaces, storage area, washrooms and kitchenette. The existing building footprint was divided into two separate areas.  The design challenge was to create a cohesive office space with good flow. This was achieved with the use of glazed walls and strategic sight lines.
