Shepherds of Good Hope - Montreal Road
Located at 765 Montreal Road, this purpose-built supportive housing building houses 42 residents formerly experiencing homelessness. Programs and services offered adhere to the Housing First model, which is in line with the City of Ottawa’s 10 Year Housing and Homelessness Plan. Residents in all SGH supportive housing facilities receive 24-hour support as they may be living with physical and mental health issues, trauma, and addictions. The studio apartments provide independent living space while the shared common amenities on the ground floor provide support and opportunities for community connection. The resident amenities include a commercial kitchen, dining area/lounge, computer room, and games room. A multi-purpose room facing Montreal Road is a facility space for shared use by SGH and the greater community.
