Manotick Affordable Seniors Residence
This new affordable residence addresses the urgent need for affordable senior housing in Manotick, Ottawa. CSV was engaged to design a new two-storey residence consisting of 34 units located at 5581 Dr. Leech Drive. The Rideau Non-Profit Housing new residence will complement the existing building. It will feature a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments for seniors, along with multipurpose space for recreational and group activities.
