The Novotel Ottawa Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, one block from the Rideau Canal. The hotel provides 282 guest rooms, a restaurant, a bar and six meeting rooms. CSV Architects along with Interior Designer, Christophe Daudré, were asked to redesign the lobby to create a bright, spacious and welcoming, contemporary space. The scope of work included redesign of the lobby interior, new exterior cladding at the entrance, as well as provision of a new entrance canopy.  The new design has transformed the hotel guests' experience of arrival, entry, check-in, and movement through the lobby. The hotel has been given a fresh contemporary look, where every detail from signage to lighting has been carefully considered.
